Downloading your Purchases

Hello! Thanks for shopping with us.  There are several ways to access your downloads.  Here we will walk you through all the options. 

1.  Download Directly at checkout. 

2. Download your order directly from the email you received. Make sure to check your spam folder, as the email will be sent from info@parkerontheporch.com. Please note that these email links have an expiration date and will no longer work after a certain period.

3. Download from your Account Order history on the website. Sign into your account, click on the order and select "download here" 

4.  Create a Sendowl access account.  Click the link HERE or under the My Account>Access Your Content tab at the top of our website. Select Send Owl- All Downloads.

If you're using this feature for the first time, you'll need to set up your access account. Enter the email address associated with your POP account and click "Forgot Password." Send Owl will email you a password reset link. Please note that this is not the same password or account used for the POP website. Once your password is reset, you'll be redirected to a page displaying your orders, sorted from newest to oldest, with links and dates. Currently, there is no search feature available.

 

5. You can request all your past orders to be re-sent to you. Send Owl will email you a copy of every order you’ve ever placed on our website. To do this CLICK HERE or, go to the My Account>Access Your Content on the website and select "Send Owl - Re-send All Orders." Enter the email address associated with your account and click "Submit"
