File includes PDF Tutorial and Color Layer charts. Tea Cozy is made completely in the hoop. You will need to close up the turn hole with your choice of hand sewing, seam tape or glue. We use Steam- A - Seam Lite. You will need a batting type product for the interior. You will only receive the Tea Cozy file.
